Do you deliver outside of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Area?Yes, Legit Plugz offers delivery services outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin area for an additional fee. The fee is determined based on the distance between the delivery location and our warehouse. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience, and we understand that delivery is an essential part of that. How do deposits and refunds work?All deposits are non refunable. Full balance for event is due the day before event if you didnt pay in full Legit Plugz will only refund if we cancel on our end. If customer needs to reschedule they must do before 24 hours before event. In case of bad weather you are welcome to reschedule

What are the rules for renting?no shoes no candy no facepaint no confetti no silly string no food no shoes no smoking Each broken rule will result in a $50 charge If damanges are not fixable the customer must replace unit full price
